TKMedia/TKVentures looking for an A-Player to join the team as a Website Lead

Your Role

The Website Lead role focuses on managing multiple Crypto websites in TK’s portfolio. You must be able to identify problems and actively look for solutions/improvement opportunities that can boost the performances of the websites under your management.

Responsibilities

Content Management

• Develop and execute strategies to improve content quality, maintainability, and usability, making sure the site is compliant
• Creates engaging content that aligns with content strategy and addresses the needs and interests of various users
• Coordinate content flow between designers, producers, writers, and partners

Performance Optimization

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Using effective digital marketing practices and strategies (such as SEO) to boost performances of all websites you will be managing
• Seek out emerging website trends and ways of connecting with current and new audiences
• Monitor analytics to make data-driven decisions to increase engagement, and provide regular reports of website engagement

Team Management

• Oversee the team’s responsibility to maintain the website’s health, design, and functionality

You Should Be

• Driven and motivated
• Tech-savvy
• Interested in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency (preferably with prior Crypto experience)
• Preferable experiences: Content Management, Digital Marketing, SEO, Crypto
• Detail-oriented
• Able to manage and lead a team
• Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• English – Full Professional Proficiency
